That last part really stuck with me... What if you shipped the work your entire life, albeit in different ways, because you had to. It's in your attitude to make the best of every opportunity you get. You end up becoming a master of many trades. You end up with the degrees you thought would be 'your voice', only to find they are not. Now, you are left with evidence that you are not scared to do and ship the work, but left without knowing what your shipment truly is.
